What is included in air conditioning diagnostics

Air conditioning diagnostics are more than just “turn it on and see”. In one hour, we check the entire air conditioner to see how the system behaves under load and whether there are any hidden problems that will appear later.

We check the refrigerant pressure.

We use a pressure gauge to assess whether there is enough gas or whether there is already a leak. Without this, it is impossible to understand why the block does not start or works poorly. Information about the pressure measurement is provided in the form of pdf/or as a graph.

We measure the temperature and the operation of the heat exchange.

Let's see how the air conditioner cools or heats whether it works at its nominal power or not.

We check the board and electricity.

We see if power is coming in, whether there are any module errors, whether the board overheats and whether the contacts are “jumping”.

We assess the condition of the compressor and fans.

We check the start, sound, vibration, and visually assess system wear.

We inspect the track.

Let's see if there are any visible creases, cracks, and signs of oil leakage.

We check the operation of the four-way valve.

Does it switch correctly, does it not stick.

We inspect the external and indoor units.

Clean filters, turbine condition, drainage, bearings, sensor operation, control unit.

The diagnostics show whether it is worth repairing the unit, whether it can be started further, and whether it makes sense to invest in cleaning, refueling or replacing parts. Diagnostics often save money, because they give an exact answer to what exactly broke down and why the air conditioner is not working properly.

A report is prepared based on the diagnostic results. If equipment needs to be serviced or repaired, the report will indicate the cost and timing of repairs.
