Laying the route is an important part of installing an air conditioner, which determines how reliably it will operate. Although this part is hidden under the finish, it is at this stage that the correct drainage slope and an integral freon line are formed.
Before starting work:
- We get acquainted with the work project, if any, and remotely calculate the cost.
- We will agree on the most convenient and safe route for the route.
- When we understand the scope of work and the cost, we purchase the required amount of route, signal cable and drainage.
It is important to understand that if the indoor unit is hanging on the wall on the right, the route will be shorter, and if on the left, it will be longer and more strobes will be needed.
On the day of work:
- If the route is hidden, then according to the markings, carefully stroke the wall using a vacuum cleaner.
- Make a hole to bring the route out. The drilling angle is an important point: it depends on whether the drainage will go away correctly and whether there will be leaks or stagnant water.
- We lay the freon line without kinks and clips, and next to it there is a drainage and a signal cable.
- When the track is fully paved, we loop and seal the end that is in the room, and install the Schroeder valve at the other end.
- We then press the track with the maximum operating pressure that is possible in domestic rooms
Finally, we check the entire route: the correct drainage slope, the integrity of the pipes, the quality of the fasteners and insulation. After this preparation, the air conditioner can be installed without alterations and risks.
