We'll tell you what standard installation really is, what it includes and what it doesn't.

This is what a dirty indoor evaporator looks like. Usually this part is hidden behind the plastic, and it cannot be cleaned without removing it. Even if it is completely covered with dust and dirt, you can't see it from the outside. If you cleaned the air conditioner without removing the plastic panels, then you did it badly.

Yes, cleaning without disassembling is indeed cheaper and may seem profitable. But this is only a sign of savings — in fact, the equipment is simply not cleaned properly, and the effect does not last long. After a couple of weeks, the smell and low cooling return.
What's inside the air conditioner
Under the panels there is an impeller — a paddle wheel that drives air through the heat exchanger. You can see it when you remove the filters. But it is impossible to clean it without special equipment.
The impeller collects dust and moisture, and eventually mold appears on it. Sometimes in one air conditioner you can find several types of it at once — green, black, brown. Most often it is Aspergillus. Some species release mycotoxins that are dangerous for the respiratory system. There is also a more harmful variety - Stachybotrys.
Please do not attempt to clean the impeller yourself using a vacuum cleaner, broom or brush. It is almost certain that you will damage the blades, and dust and mold spores will simply scatter around the room.
How is professional cleaning done
When cleaning the air conditioner, we use special alkaline compounds and high-pressure apparatus. The main work is done by the chemical composition. The time it affects metal parts is strictly limited, so experience and understanding of the process are important here.

Alkaline products are very corrosive, they can damage the skin and eyes, and their vapors are harmful if inhaled. Therefore, such work requires protection and accuracy. Do not try to do it yourself - improper cleaning can result not only in equipment damage, but also in health problems.
Why regular maintenance is important
A clean air conditioner is quieter, cools faster and consumes less electricity. In addition, timely cleaning extends the life of the compressor.
“If you don't service the air conditioner every year, it will increase electricity bills”
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that April to September is the peak season. At this time, the team's workload is maximum, and the wait for service can be up to five days or more.
Therefore, it is better to take care of the equipment in advance. If you order cleaning from October to March, you get a 15% discount. When servicing three or more air conditioners, the discount increases to 20%.
This way you save money, avoid seasonal queues and face the heat fully armed — with clean, efficient and reliable air conditioning.
